For Malls and Their Shops

Shop onboarding and retail media for malls

IntoPie turns a mall's directory into a media network the mall controls. The mall invites each shop with a claim code, shops publish offers, coupons, products, and ads from their own portal, and nothing goes live until the mall approves it. Approved content reaches shoppers on wayfinding kiosks, in search results, and in their phone's coupon wallet — at the moment they are deciding where to go.

What is retail media for a mall?

Retail media is advertising sold on a retailer's own channels — for a mall, the directories, kiosks, apps, and screens shoppers use inside the building. Because shoppers are already in the mall and searching for somewhere to go, a shop's offer reaches them at the point of decision. IntoPie gives the mall the tools to run this: shop onboarding, a self-serve shop portal, central approval, placement controls, and analytics from impression to redemption.

What you get with IntoPie

Shops onboard themselves, with your invite

Mint a single-use claim code for a shop's listing. The shop registers and manages its own profile, offers, products, coupons, and ads — your team approves the claim once.

Nothing goes live without approval

Offers and ads land in a moderation queue. Approve or reject them centrally, and choose whether shop ads run at all.

Placed where shoppers decide

Approved content runs on the kiosk promo reel, as sponsored results in search, and as coupons in the shopper's phone wallet. Target by building, floor, zone, or individual kiosk.

A new revenue line

Shop plans unlock featured placement, boosted search ranking, coupons, and ads, so the directory pays for itself.

See what shoppers want

Top searches, route requests, and QR hand-offs to phones — including searches for things the mall doesn't have yet. Shops see their own funnel from impression to coupon redemption.

Consent built in

Consent and data-request tools support India's DPDP Act, and phone ads are shown only after a visitor declares they are 18 or older.

Signage screens — coming soon

Your mall team can already run tenant campaigns on IntoPie signage screens. Sending shop-published offers straight to those screens is next.

Frequently asked questions

How do shops get onto the platform?

The mall creates a single-use claim code for a shop's listing. The shop owner registers with it, and the mall approves the claim. From then on the shop manages its own profile, offers, coupons, products, and ads.

Can the mall control what shops publish?

Yes. Every offer and ad goes through the mall's moderation queue before it goes live, the mall decides whether shop ads run at all, and placements can be limited to specific buildings, floors, zones, or kiosks.

Where do shop offers and ads appear?

On the wayfinding kiosk's promo reel, as sponsored results when shoppers search, and as coupons in the shopper's phone wallet. Showing shop-published offers directly on IntoPie signage screens is coming soon.

What does the mall learn from it?

Which stores and categories shoppers search for, including searches for things the mall doesn't have, route requests, phone hand-offs, and each campaign's impressions, clicks, coupon codes issued, and redemptions.
